Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how TestApps US collects, uses, shares and protects the information of customers and visitors of the testappus.com website, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By hiring our services or using our website, you agree to the practices described in this document.

1. Who we are

TestApps US is a testing infrastructure service for Google Play Store closed testing. We help developers and companies meet the tester requirement Google demands before an app can be published.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data necessary to provide the service and communicate with you:

  • Account and contact data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp and, where applicable, billing details for issuing a receipt.
  • App data: the app name, package name and the developer's Google account email, needed to link the closed test.
  • Portal access data: login credentials and usage logs, for customers with an active account.
  • Payment data: payments are made by card / bank transfer. We record the confirmation of the transaction to issue a receipt; we do not store banking passwords.
  • Browsing data: technical information collected automatically (IP address, device type, pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools, to improve the website.

3. How we use the data

  • To provide and operate the closed testing service you hired;
  • To communicate about the progress of the test via WhatsApp, Telegram or email;
  • To issue receipts and comply with legal and tax obligations;
  • To provide support and respond to requests;
  • To improve the security, quality and experience of the website and the service.

4. Protection of unreleased apps

The confidentiality of your app is ensured by the Google Play closed testing model itself:

  • The app stays on a private track, invisible in the public store — it does not appear in searches and cannot be found or downloaded by anyone who is not authorized;
  • Access is restricted to the Google accounts added as testers, always through Google Play's own private channel;
  • Testers do not receive the APK or the source code — only controlled access to the app during the test cycle;
  • When the test ends, access is closed.

Upon request, we can formalize a written confidentiality commitment on our part.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Sharing only occurs when necessary to provide the service:

  • Google Play: to add your app to the closed test track and link the tester accounts;
  • Testers: they only receive access to the app; they have no access to your personal data;
  • Legal obligation: when required by law or a competent authority.

6. Retention and security

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal obligations. We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

7. Your rights

You may, at any time, request: confirmation of and access to your data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, contact us through the channels below.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the website and to understand how it is used, so we can improve it. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings.

9. Minors

Our service is intended for developers and companies. We do not intentionally collect data from people under 18 years of age.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The date of the last update is always shown at the top. Relevant changes will be communicated through our channels.
